grillingSummer is finally in full swing and the time for gathering in the back yard with friends and family and firing up the grill is upon us once again. Whether it’s a simple burger or hot dog, a steak, chicken or a pork chop the favor is so much better after it’s grilled outdoors.

Today’s gas grills make it so easy for nearly anyone to enjoy a hamburger that’s been grilled outdoors over an open flame. For others the good old Charcoal grill is the only way to go. In either case there’s something special about a meal that cooked outdoors.

But have you ever giving any thought to which is better for you or the environment? If you’re like most, myself included, you’ve probably never even given it a passing thought.

Well BethBot of The EcoSpheric Blog has, and today she shared some really interesting tips she found to help keep us healthier and our grilling more environmentally friendly. You’ll find all the savory tips at The EcoSpheric Blog.

If you have any grilling tips or tricks or maybe a special grilling recipe that you’d like to share with our readers please feel free to leave them in the comments below.
