LeslieTaxVideoThe Congress of the United States recently passed legislation that extends and expands upon the old rulings that were due to expire this November in regards to the first time home buyer tax credit. This new and improved version of this law offers a tax credit of $8,000 to first time home buyers, and also extends a $6,500 credit to what’s being called “move-up or upgrade” buyers. This category of buyer is defined as those who have lived in their primary residence for at least the past five years.

Leslie’s first time home buyer tax credit video, goes into more detail about what this tax credit means for the first time home buyer and how they can develop their own road map to owning their own home and getting the $8,000 tax credit taken off the purchase price.

This video is very well done and is a must watch for anyone thinking of purchasing a new home within the next year.
