town-pumpThe Town Pump in Old Town Fort Collins recently celebrated its 100th year of being open which makes it the oldest bar in Fort Collins! To celebrate this 100 year milestone, the New Belgium Brewery has a “Century Ale” out, which will only be available at the Town Pump, and for a limited time!

They also boast the claim of being the smallest bar in Colorado, and once you walk in the door, you will see why. Don’t let that fool you however, because the Town Pump is like no other bar in Fort Collins.

Located about a half block north of Mountain Avenue, the Town Pump is a local’s favorite. Don’t bring your credit cards though – they only accept cash! There is also an ATM inside, in case you forget.

Stop into the Town Pump and see what all the buzz is about. While you’re there, try the Century Ale, as well as some “toxic cherries” (cherries soaked in everclear, 3 for $1) and be sure to find a safe ride home!
