If you have a taste for big festivals, great food, fun and lots of world-class microbreweries, then Fort Collins, Colorado, is the place to go

The June 2009 issue of “Trailer Life” (my favorite RV magazine) features an article entitled “Fort Collins Brewery Tour”…”A sampling of some of Colorado’s best Micro-breweries”.

The picture and the caption to the right is from that article and I think we can all agree that Trailer Life nailed it with that one.

Also mentioned in this article is the upcoming Colorado Brewers’ Festival. This years event will take place on June 27th and 28th. For more information on this years event please visit the article done by our own CulinaryFortCollins “20th Annual Colorado Brewer’s Festival”.

The Micro-breweries visited by the articles writers Joseph and Carol Berke include:

  • Anheuser-Busch, (970) 490-4691, www.budweisertours.com
  • Coopersmith’s Pub and Brewing, (970) 498-0483, www.coopersmithspub.com
  • Fort Collins Brewery, (970) 472-1499, www.fortcollinsbrewery.com
  • New Belgium Brewing, (970) 221-0524, www.newbelgium.com
  • Odell Brewing Company, (970) 498-9070, www.odellbrewing.com.

Why not head over to Trailer Life now and check out the rest of the article, and if you’re into RVing, trailering, camping and travel have a look at the rest of what Trailer Life Magazine has to offer. It’s the only publication of it’s kind I still subscribe to.

Missed CB Potts / Big Horn brewing, why?

    Hi Kirk,

Thanks for reading the article and submitting your question. You are of course right, they did indeed forget to mention one of Fort Collins best.

I guess I’ll have to do featured article about the CB Potts/Big Horn Brewing Company. Would you care to contribute to that article? You know something like a review would be nice.

    Vic
