Today as I was surfing around the web I came across a blog post that catch my eye. The post was titled “10 Great Authors in Children’s Literature” and I simply had to see if any of the authors mentioned were familiar to me. Much to my surprise I was indeed familar with many of them and many of the ones I didn’t know by name I did remember many of their works.
I’m sure most of you remember Beatrix Potter and The Tale of Peter Rabbit, E.B. White and Charlotte’s Web, Stuart Little and The Trumpet of the Swan. Margaret Wise Brown and The Big Red Barn and Goodnight Moon just to name a few.
